Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once billed.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.
Cancellation prevents future charges.

Service Availability
Upon cancellation, hosted services provided by SiteSignal may be suspended or removed after the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated before contacting us to resolve a billing issue, services may be suspended while the matter is investigated.
