Technical support

Website Plan — $99/month

The Website Plan includes:

Professional website

Secure hosting

Reasonable content updates

Basic technical maintenance

Contractor Growth System — $297/month

The Contractor Growth System includes:

Professional website

Website hosting

CRM setup

Lead pipeline

Missed call text-back

Instant lead response automation

Review request automation

Reasonable website edits

Ongoing technical support

Monthly Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically every month unless canceled.

Payments are due on the billing date.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate business information.

Maintain ownership of their business licenses and advertising accounts.

Respond promptly to requests for content or approvals.

Use the services lawfully.

Marketing Disclaimer

SiteSignal provides technology, websites, and automation systems.

We do not guarantee:

Revenue

Sales

Leads

Appointments

Search rankings

Advertising performance

Business results depend on numerous factors outside of our control.

Ownership

Website content provided by the client remains the client's property.

SiteSignal retains ownership of proprietary systems, templates, workflows, and software unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

SiteSignal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client during the previous thirty (30) days.

Termination

Either party may terminate monthly service at any time.

No refunds are issued for partial months after billing has occurred.
